How much is the deposit?
The security deposit is $400 for Madison East and Allison Gardens. The security deposit is $500 for Biltmore-McAlpin and Madison Place. The deposit for all houses & duplexes is a full month’s rent.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, we allow pets. The pet must be at least 1 year old and we do have breed restrictions.
What are the pet fees?
There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee and a $10 monthly pet rental fee.

How do I submit a request for maintenance?
Maintenance requests can be submitted online via the tenant portal or tenants can call 901-530-2055 and submit the request.
Who do I call for maintenance after hours, or on holidays?
To report emergency maintenance, call 901-530-2055 and press 0. If the request is not an emergency, leave a voicemail and the requests will be received on the next business day.
Are there washer/dryer connections?
There are washer and dryer connections at Allison Gardens. Madison East has a coin-operated laundry facility. Biltmore-McAlpin has a coin-operated washer/dryer on the first and third floors. Madison Place has a coin-operated washer/dryer on each floor.
